Online Bill Pay With Credit Card
You can now pay your bill with credit/debit card from our website through Xpress Pay. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Please note, there will be a convience fee charged to your card. The payment might take as long as 3 to 4 business days before the office is notified and the payment is posted to your account. Click the Green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button located at the right or at the bottom of this page.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the 10th of each month. Mail to P.O. Box 421, Ranger, TX 76470
You may pay your bill in advance. This is a convenient way to keep from forgetting to pay your bill, especially the ones that don't reside at service location permanently. You will still receive a bill that will show how much credit you have. When you notice the credit getting low, send money to get your credit back up. An example : Your bill is normally $30.15, you can send $361.80 and have a year's worth of service without the hassle of remembering to pay your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office, 620 West Loop 254, Ranger. We accept cash, check, or money orders. We also have a drop through the door for your convenience.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
