YOUR METER IS READ EVERY MONTH
Meters are usually read between the 14th through 19th of every month depending on your corresponding route and how the days fall on the calendar. Our operators drive their vehicle in general area of meter which allows mobile device to pick up readings. Afterwards, this data is imported back to office software for processing bills. Details as to when the meter was read can be found at the bottom left and date bill was created is shown middle right of the bill. Our goal is to process and mail so you receive your bill by the 25th or sooner. Payment is then due by 10th of each month to avoid late fees or possible disconnect.
